Pre-natal Yoga.

Prenatal Yoga is specifically designed for the pregnant woman. The class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is necessary. In prenatal yoga you can expect to practice poses and breath to:

  • Ease the discomforts of pregnancy
  • Improve the ability to relax and concentrate
  • Tune in and respond to your body’s needs
  • Get to know your baby and build confidence in your ability to give birth
  • Help prepare you for the childbirth process
Class is offered weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Ann Fautsch is a certified yoga instructor with an additional certification in prenatal yoga.
